Big Format Printing At Big Box Stores

Posted by Fredric Paul Tuesday, Dec 18, 2007, 01:48 PM ET

Printing on 8.5 x 11 sheets is easy. Printing posters and boards... not so much. But now small businesses can do it at their local warehouse store.

FujiFilm has hooked up with some 580 Sam's Club outlets across the country to let customers print images or signs ranging from 11”x14” to 20”x30”. In addition, FujiFilm says the set up will produce mounted poster prints, up to 20”x24”, in a matter of minutes.

The companies aren't specifying prices, so I'd recommend checking the deals vs. your local copy shops. But making posters and signs can be a hassle and surprisingly expensive, so any savings would be greatly appreciated.
