WebEx’s MeetMeNow is an online meeting tool that just rolled out its latest feature, personal video conferencing capabilities, and offers up one-click Web meetings from within the Microsoft Office productivity suite
Priced at just $49 a month (if you sign up for a year it’s $39 a month), it offers up a slew of features that SMBs and home-based entrepreneurs will likely find pretty interesting.
You can share your desktop or use your PC as a whiteboard during meetings and you get complete audio control such as the ability to mute attendees. There’s even a chat feature as well as integration with Outlook and instant messaging applications.
And there are no worries about losing the call or dropping calls as the vendor’s network is stable and reliable.
It just could be the perfect little tool you’ve been hoping for when it comes to those all-important conference call meetings.
