Handling The Holiday Push

Black Friday is past, Cyber Monday came and went and the Internet didn't crash and burn. Now you've got 27 days left to make the most of the holiday retail season.

As bMighty's Paul Korzeniowski asks: Will your Web site withstand the dramatic surge in traffic?

If you don't think it's an issue consider the fact that some big boys such as Wal-Mart, Amazon.com, and BestBuy.com all experienced outages last holiday season.

So now is no time to underestimate the potential havoc that could make this holiday season a dismal time of year.

Simply, if a customer or potential client gets frustrated with your site, or the site's slow or lack of response, they've got plenty of other sites to jump to.

That's why Korzeniowski offers up a couple of good tips to abide by and it might be worth checking out some tools that could help make the holiday retail season a jolly one.
