A little inspiration can be a very good thing.

Running, directing, managing business is tough so getting some pearls of wisdom, and insight from whose in the know can help drive you forward.

Here's a tidbit from Larry C. Farrell, founder and chairman of the management training and consulting services firm Farrell Co. and author of three books on entrepreneurship.

Launching your own entrepreneurial venture involves a simple three-step action plan: Create an entrepreneurial culture, get a bit of money, and acquire the knowledge to create a service or product that people will pay for.
